Can I change my shipping address?
Email details for change of shipping address to email@example.com. Keep in mind that your order may have already been dispatched, in which case it’s not possible to amend or redirect. Always be mindful of providing correct details when placing your order.
How do I track my order?
Tracking will be provided for all orders sent via Australia Post or Sendle. You will be sent an email once your order is dispatched.

How long does a refund take?
Once your return is processed you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow a further 3-5 business days for the fund to appear in your account.
